"They"? Child Protective Services could take a child into state care and custody if its parent[s] are neglecting it or putting it at risk. Simply "running away" into the night is never the intelligent answer. If you are abused or neglected and need to leave that home, contact one of the many churches, charities, private or public agencies that help homeless or troubled persons. There are programs to help pregnant women and single mothers. Simply calling 'information' on the phone will put you in touch with them.
