If I have a previous felony conviction will I be detained longer if I get arrested for trespassing with the Occupy movement.

You have a 'prior' and possible 'strike'. Any subsequent arrest and conviction will have enhanced penalties. If you are on probation or parole when that happens, you'll end up in prison on the violation.
