Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Right to Privacy? Not if a Court Magistrate issues a writ!

How can I obtain affidavits from a County Magistrate that issued a search warrant against my premisses to confiscate any electronic recording materials and computer equipment on

said premisses!

Based on False affidavits resulting in no charges filed against me! my property returned in pieces, my drives wiped

clean and my home torn apart by 9 police officers in search

of criminal evidence that never existed!

The Court refuses to allow me access to the falsely sworn

affidavits, nor will they tell me who my accusers are!

Saying that by law I am not allowed to know who my accusers

are!, unless I am charged with a crime! (to protect the rights of these people who submitted false statements against me to a court magistrate) who in turn violated my 4th ammendment rights based on the contents of said sworn

affidavits to the court!

And I can do nothing, what recourse do I have to get justice

from those who are appointed to rule upon it?

I have been violated, my home torn apart my computer wiped

and disassembled, and my inalienable rights to privacy trampled into the ground! and I am not even allowed to know

who instigated these actions against me? to protect thier rights! (What about my rights?) I am innocent and out of luck!

If you file suit, you will be able to subpena pertinent documents, and may get them after a pleadings war. You will have to determine whether the court costs and attorney fees involved in such a suit are worth it. IF so, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts.
