Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

privacy violation

Is there anything I can do if a administrator of a blog/fourm publicly promotes false information about me and stats my name and E-mail address?

I am not registered to this forum and I did not accept any terms with this person. It is a vBulletin forum.
