Re: privacy

The practical solution is to quit talking to your wife and/or to avoid saying things that would jeopardize your custody of the children.

If she is doing this secretly, then she is probably violating wiretapping laws and the evidence should be excluded in any court hearings.

This is general information that I hope has been helpful to you. However, you should always obtain legal counsel familiar with your specific circumstances. We may be able to assist you with your legal issues. If we can assist you in the future, please contact us at www.unalaw.com and somebody will assist you as soon as possible.

Re: privacy

how do you know she is taping your confidential phone communications exactly? if you have not given her express or implied consent to make such tapings of your phone calls, you have BOTH civil and criminal remedies available to you, in which you could easily sue her under the privacy act and/or have her fined or prosecuted for such illegal conduct based on your facts given. if you would like further legal assistance and/or representation in this matter, and have evidence to support your claims, please email me directly with more specific details of your case today.

Re: privacy

If you know she's taping because she discloses it in the conversation, then its not done secretly, which is illegal. If it is secret, she can't use the tapes or information without risking criminal and civil charges.
