Protesting

Can my rights as a U.S. citizen be taken away

by a law enforcement officer? when I am proesting

a business on property? Or do I have the right to

continue protesting?

Your rights can't be taken away, but you sure can be arrested for various violations that might occur in your fact situation. If you've been arrested, you need counsel.

Your rights to assemble and to free speech are guaranteed by the United States Constitution. I'm sure you had to familiarize yourself with that document, during your naturalization process. Don't worry. You are exercising your guraranteed constitutional rights.
