Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

hi there !! my question is ,

my son started to serving 2 year prision term for various civil violations including concealed gun , and sale of narcotics , hes 21 yrs old , and been under peer pressure ,bad company , his attorney just take his money and do nothing for him ,, is there any legal way my son could be release from prision even if we must pay a penalty or some how help him out ? I hope I can get a good advice and if there is an attorney that wants to take care of this matter I will apreciate ,, I understand I may have to cover a fee for the services ,, please replay to my E-mail address

You cannot buy your way out of prison. The only angle is to appeal and show some error in the processing. Little chance of success.

Nice try, no brass ring. He had his chance to fight the charges, and did so, whether poorly or well. Conviction and sentencing are the end of the line, other than an expensive appeal if there are grounds for it. You don't get to buy or 'bail' your way out of prison after conviction. Wouldn't that be lovely for rich drug dealers and other violent criminals?? If you are serious about pursuing appeal, feel free to contact me to discuss valid grounds and costs.
