Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I recently recieved an inharitance from my grandmother and deposited the money into my parents account and they refuse to give me my money....what can I do?

There are many factors to consider such as is the money being held in trust, (was the bequest through a will or a living trust?) Are you over the age of majority (18 yrs. old?) Are your parents holding it for you or spending it? Contact me directy.
