Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I am a registered sex offender. I am not deemed violent or dangerous by the state of California. I live in Lake County. Do I have to give a residential address? Can I register as a transient? My parole officer told me that he will put me back in prison if I do not give him a residential address.

Argue and defy him at your peril. He makes the rules for you. Apparently you haven't learned that yet.
