No registration on used car dealer went out of business
My son bought a used car from an independent dealer and three months later no registration and dealer went out of business. They gave my son an ''in-house'' loan but no bill to send payment too, went out of business. What should he do?

Contact DMV and get their help to sort out the problems. Don't make any payments unless and until he gets good title. Good luck.
