Rent a car negligent

hi i rent a car on payless rent a car with 2 bad tiers on the back i was driving the freeway and one of the tiers pop i look on the trunk and itt was no tools or jack for me to use to change the spare tier i spend over 5 houres on the desert in barstow i pay for the tier the next day after a cop from chp help me changing the tier i was with my 10 day grand son my doughter ,wife and son in law am a disable person and i had a panic attack because there foult of not checking the car before renting i know the have a standar procedure that they didnt follow prior to renting and cause me alote of strees and not only that they play with my safety and my families what can i do ?

Request reimbursement of all your expenses, and waiver of the cost of the rental.
