Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Would being required to expose one's genitalia for visual inspection during the administration of a drug test (submitting a urine sample) constitute a violation of one's civil rights, and/or be considered sexual harassment? The circumstances surrounding this drug test would be that the testee is threatened with homelessness if refusing the procedure, ie, a homeless shelter, program, etc.

Again, no, when done reasonably in compliance with drug testing rules in employment or drug programs, by same sex personnel.
