rights being read at time of arrest

My rights were not read to me at the time of my aresst. How can i prove that they were not read to me. I have a wittness. Is it mandatory for Kern county sheriffs department to use any type of survaliance or recording devices at the time of arrest? And can I view them. If they were not read, does that do me any good. I was aressted for a for a warrant for not attending DUI classes

Miranda rights reading only matters if you confessed or they use your statements to convict you.
