Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I was robbed at gun point at a casino in the parking lot, at this time no security in sight. Are they liable for the safety and protection of the customer? Someone I know has a sister that works for that Tribal Security and she said that they focus on the parking structure more than any other location. Would this be considered to be a cause for legal action due to personal injury and stress?

You can't sue an Indian casino.

Disagreeing with Mr. Stone, you can take legal action against a casino, but it is more complicated than normal. Your real problems are the amount of damages suffered, and proof they had any obligation to provide better protection that could have prevented this, because of a history of robberies like that. Tough to prove, but if you can, then contact me to discuss the case.
