S corporation
I have an S corporation, a client sued me, can the put a lean on my house? or garnish money form my bank account? How much protected I am with an S corporation. How can I protect my assets?

You will have to raise all those defenses in your responsive pleadings and appropriate motions seeking to dismiss you as an individual. If the corporation has been formed and handled properly, and you haven't done anything to incur personal liability on this claim, then you should be able to get out of the case individually, leaving the company assets at risk. First step is to answer the complaint. After a judgment is when you need to worry about protecting assets. Generally, only the corporate assets are reachable. Have you also been sued as an individual?
