Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I have an SAT Prep class that ends at 10:30 and its 30 minutes away from my house. If the curfew is 10:00, could the police officer cite me a curfew ticket if im just driving home?

Violation is violation, no matter the excuse. If you're worried, arrange for a ride. If you don't draw attention by poor driving, you'll have to assess the risk of being stopped simply because of your appearance.
