Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Can security ban you from an apartment complex? When you really havn't even done anything. Do they have that right to ban you? or would it have to be by the manager herself?

Private property rights apply. The owner determines who gets to come on his property.

The owner can delegate authority to anyone he likes.
