set aside civil wit and default

I need the procedure to set aside the civil default and wit. This was file against California Corporation, which does not have anything with other person debit. What I am after the forms and procedure to reverse the above.

There are no forms. You would have to write up a pleading to set aside the default and default judgment. Remember, a corporation cannot represent itself in court, so you would have to retain a lawyer to either write the motion and appear in court, or fully retain a lawyer to represent the corporation throughout the proceedings.

So, hire an attorney to do the work for you.
