Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

sex tape

I had an affair, and the man video taped me while I was intoxicated, performing a sex act. I had no knowledge. He then showed it to the fire dept which my husband volunteers and to my employers. We worked for the same company. I know the affair was wrong but can I be video taped with out knowledge... and then have the video shown to anyone who would look?
