Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
sex tape
I had an affair, and the man video taped me while I was intoxicated, performing a sex act. I had no knowledge. He then showed it to the fire dept which my husband volunteers and to my employers. We worked for the same company. I know the affair was wrong but can I be video taped with out knowledge... and then have the video shown to anyone who would look?

You probably have rights to file criminal and civil charges against him for various invasion of privacy related counts. However, that doesn't 'uncook the apple' of disclosure already being made.
