Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Sexual Harassment
Hello, I was recently terminated from my work place because I was accused of sexual harassment. I was a manager, and the employee said she felt uncomfortable that I was speaking to her. We spoke on several occasions, and the messages clearly stated she wanted to talk to me, and contained nothing sexual whatsoever.

Re: Sexual Harassment
As an 'at will' employee accused of misconduct, you have little grounds to think you can win a lawsuit. Sorry, but even if you could 'prove' the company actually 'knew' the accusations were false and fired you anyway, knowing you were entirely innocent, the case would have limited value if any. That's just the way the rules are.
