I now live in a diffrent county and hard for me to get around can i have my case transferred to where i live?

Not likely. The suit is filed where the defendant lives, the accident occurred, where the contract was entered into or where it was to be performed.

No, not unless you are the defendant and have proper legal grounds to file a motion for change of improper venue and jurisdiction.
