Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I have a son who shot accidentally a neighbor kid with a bb gun. The kid was shot in the eye, had to go to the ER & received drops & antibiotics. His eye is red but no serious damage. Thank Goodness. Again this was an accident..What liability do I have? Should I offer to pay for the ER bill?

Yes, parents are liable for the actions and damages caused by their kids and pets. You may have Homeowners Insurance that will cover this. If so, call your agent.. If not, go offer to pay the bills in exchange for an agreement not to sue.
