He took my car n promised to pay me $ n a car. We didn't sign anything n i have my pinkslip. His not calling me. keep promising today n i was told that he sold my car already. pls. help me i have a 10 yr old girl to support n i need that money n the car. ty

You might check with the police and report your car stolen.

Call the police and file a theft claim. You could also file a small claims court lawsuit, but the criminal claim will likely get you quicker and more effective help.
