Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Can I sue the city of El Cajon for issuing me a red light ticket? I got a ticket from a red light camera, despite the fact that I am male and in the photos it is obvious that a woman is driving the car. I'm not asking about the traffic ticket, I have figured out how to fight that, but I want to know if I can file a civil suit under some type of false arrest type claim.
