It is a standard personal injury case, handled by attorneys every day. The driver and the registered owners are liable for your injuries since the other driver was at fault. These cases frequently are settled without the need to file suit, but every case is different. The case value is determined by the medical and other damages. If the other driver has insurance, you will probably be ok. If not, and if they don't have anything to collect against, then you will have to make your claims against your own uninsured motorist coverage. Feel free to contact me if interested in having it handled effectively to maximize the recovery.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Was your daughter was hit as a pedestrian, or was she a driver in a car that was hit from behind? When was the accident? What was the actual charges for the arrest of the other girl?

Most importantly, has your daughter been under medical treatment since the accident? Is she feeling better now?

To answer your question, yes, you can sue the other girl's parents if she is a minor. And I'd like to know more information to be able to best assist you with this unfortunate situation.

I have vast, successful experience with this type of litigation. Call me!
