Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

To sue for prosecutorial misconduct.

2 cases dismissed with prejudice due to prosecutorial misconduct.

charges were 2 counts of assault on two police officers, resisting arrest, criminal property damage, resisting arrest, DUI, stemmed from an incident where officers pulled me out of my parked truck, stole my audio recorder and gps antennae, fractured my wrist and gave me a concussion.

There are many discrepancies in this indictment which came 3 days prior to my preliminary hearing. The indictment caused me to be arrested twice for the same exact charges.

Prosecutors offerd a Plea Offer to drop all charges from 3 seperate cases, this one included if I would sign releases of liability, take down my website kpinkertonDOTcom, withdraw complaints, withdraw civil suits, disclose how I recieved screen captures from police computers, write apology letters to the police who conspired agianst me and leave the island. They put this in writing and you can see this and more on my website.

What caused this drama? My willingness to fund and install GPS modules in police cars here on our corrupt island.

I am posting this in California for lawyers to review as civil rights attorneys here in Hawaii are extremely rare.

Without comment on the worth of your 'case', posting a Hawaii case to California attorneys is of no value to you.
