Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Can i sue the san jose police department for returning evidence and not reporting child abuse back in 1989? i have the evidence such as pictures audio recordings that was submitted to them and that they sent back in the original package. The abuse eventually leaded up me being molested, and the physical abuse continued until 2001.

Give it a rest. Any lawsuit against a govt agency must be filed within one year.
