If i was supeona to be a witness at a deposition/trial do i have the right not to answer any questions?

You could assert your 5th Amendment rights not to incriminate yourself, if that is the case. But, other than that, and some issues of personal privacy, courts can sanction you for refusal to answer legitimate questions. You should have an attorney with you at the deposition if you feel this way. Feel free to contact me if you need that.
