Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
tenants do not want to vacate the property
I need help I had a lease option to buy contract for a year now that the year is up the tenants don't want to buy the home nor vacate the propery, and because the real state agent had add them to the title but not the loan they don't want to leave nor pay. I've received a call from a lawyer that they hire, but I just dont understand for what grounds because they gave the payments late and never payed the property taxes like it was stipulated in the contract. Please advise me has I don't know what to do at this point.

What does the real estate agent say? Hire a lawyer who handles those real estate matters in your area..

I don't understand how the tenant's name got added to the title. No wonder they don't want to leave. You will have to hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit to have them removed from the title. By the way, did you have your own lawyer review the contract before it was signed? Maybe you will also want to sue this real estate agent. Watch out for legal time limits.

Free advice on this site is not going to solve your problem; we don't have magic wands here. It appears you are headed for litigation to try to recover possession of your property and clear the title. You'll probably end up suing the 'tenants' and the real estate agent/broker, at the minimum. If the property and the lawsuit are in SoCal, feel free to contact me if serious about getting the legal help you're going to need.
