i want to know if you get a thirty day notice from landlord and you dont move and go to court will that make you have a eviction your record

Yes, if you eventually have a judgment against you. You could always try to work out a written agreement with the landlord to move on a date that's agreeable to both of you, and the landlord would then dismiss the case. If you don't move by that date, then the landlord could ask the court to enter judgment the next day.
