Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I was told I was searched because I am a minority and Hispanic. Is this racial profiling and do I have a case?

IF you could prove through credible independent witness testimony that an officer admitted that, then you would have the basis to make a claim of racial discrimination. Your word versus his does not count. If so, feel free to contact me.
