About the trees in the house behind us
We have a neigboor behind us who have 10 trees. Four of those trees are against our concrete fence and those trees are cracking the concrete fence, and our pool is getting lift up because of the roots underground. We try to contact the owner of the land but we have not heard from them. We took this mater to the City but nothing either. I want to know wha should I do about it next. And what are my right so I can procide with it all i want is for them to cut the trees.

If the city building department or city attorney won't help, consult with an experienced attorney in your locale. You face real risks if you try to 'self help'. You probably will need to sue to get remedy, and you should not try that yourself.
