do you have to have a search warrant if you are under the suspecion of being a touriest?

Put away your camera and street map, and the suspicion should subside.

And yes, a search warrant is required to enter the private dwelling of anyone unless invited or there is an emergency. Used to be the same for wire-taps until the rightous caved in.

If you're asking if the police need a warrant to enter your home, yes. To arrest you, yes. Now, if that has happened and you've been charged with a crime, you probably need an attorney. Feel free to contact me for representation, if the case is in SoCal.
