Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Hi i was wondering if there is a law on church harassment, not sexual.. but bullying and offensive behavior that is threatening,disturbing another party typically occurring by means of oral statements, favoritism. we belong to this church and too many families have suffered this kind of harassment by the pastor. Our dignity has been affected some of us now even suffer depression.

what can we do?

The law does not intervene in church relationships. Even the discrimination laws do not apply to churches. Either work this out in Christian fellowship, or find a new church.
