Company will not pay
I am a consultant who is not getting paid in a timely fashion. What are my rights?

Withhold future services and force payment, and follow your contract. Our CA attorney can advise you further if you wish.

To be paid appropriately. Either accept it, resolve it, or drop them as a client. Sue if you have to for unpaid amounts that can't be resolved.

Stop work until the past due payments are received and sue for the payments if they do not pay you. If it is less than $7500.00 then you can file the case in small claims court and do it yourself.
