Legal Question in Construction Law in California

construction related collections

We are an Idaho manufacturer.

We have a $18K default on equipment delivery to a health club in California. The health club continues to claim the will pay once they get the money. The owner has a diverse set of companies so coming up with the funds should not be a problem with the proper encouragement.

All document review/analysis has be done by our Idaho Counsel and we are ready to filing a suit.

We will pursue this on a contingent basis only. Customer readily acknowledges the debt, the simply need to be encouraged. If you are intereste ed in this contingent opportunity, we can send all related documents via email attachement.

Re: construction related collections

Is the equipment your property or the customer's? If title has not passed, have you perfected a UCC1?

Feel free to email or fax the docs and we can review further for contingency collection.

As long as you have enforceable contract rights and/or possible UCC1 rights, I'd be happy to discuss the situation, as long as the company is in SoCal where I practice. Feel free to contact me with the details and we can talk.
