Differing expert opinions - burden of proof
When expert opinion differs, what is the burden of proof? Is it preponderance of the evidence? How does the Court resolve those differences? Points and Authorities desperately needed.

Desperately enough to pay an attorney to research and provide them, which is how attorneys earn their living?
