Legal Question in Construction Law in California
the outside garden sprinklers have leaked thru the plaster on the outside wall causing major damage to an 16 thousand dollar hardwood floor. the HOA denies its their responsibility and also wants me to pay for a personal foundation leakage problem. full of black mold. greenish mold, stink and mildew. i have also been siick and on antibotics for the last 6 months.. any assistance would be appreciated,,,respectfully, dan p.s. i figure its been going on since 1983

I think your situation deserves a consultation with a local attorney with experience in litigating toxic mold cases. If it is a construction defect that has been going on since 1983 your right to do anything legal about it expired in 1993.
