property damage during swimming pool construction

Pool company severly damaged driveway during pool dig. Bobct left thousands of deep marks. They claim they are not resp. per contract. How can I get them to repair the damage?

By suing, if you disagree and believe that the contract doesn't bar the suit. If you win, you get your attorney fees paid, if there is such provision in the contract. If they win, you pay theirs. Depends upon the cost of repair whether it is worth pursuing with counsel. If you think so, feel free to contact me, if the case is in SoCal.
