Re: what do I do
Promptly file a claim with the Labor Commissioner. They have the authority to help you, to the extent anyone can. You can also sue, but if the company has no money and ends up closing, you'll have to hope that you can collect in their bankruptcy filing, or can prove personal liability against the officers, directors or shareholders.
Re: what do I do
I would hire an attorney immediately.
