2 Year Contracts
Are verbal 2 year contracts valid in California? I was always told you needed a signature to secure service for anything over 12 months and that verbals are OK for services 12 months or less. Where could I reference this info...

Look up Statute of Frauds, and the Parole Evidence Rule. Also look at the code the previous attorney cited. There are way to many factors to discuss on this system.
