Airline passenger rights
What recourse does an airline passenger have when a schedule flight is delayed for 3 hours and 30 minutes when delay is ''NOT'' caused by inclimate weather nor mechanical problems, but the decision to delay the flight was strictly monatary.

Not sure. But I would sue the airline in small claims court.
