Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Bill of sale has wrong model year and vin number, can the vehicle be returned?
I purchased a used vehicle that I'm sure the owner was aware of several problems that were not apparent at first to me and I want to retun the vehicle. The only way I can see being able to do this is that the bill of sale has the wrong model year, and the vin # is entered incorrectly (missing one letter). Do I have any leverage in asking to return this vehicle, or am I stuck with it? Thanks!
