credit card use
can a resteraunt use a customers credit card if he leaves without paying his/her bill? without having a signature. the resteraunt has a copy of customers old credit card slip.

No. Contact your CC company and tell them you never incurred the debt. If they give you a hard time, ask them for a copy of the slip with your signature on it.
