Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Ebay Problem
A few months ago I bought some items on ebay for a person I have bought from before. I them bought some other thing from this ebayer but never received the products the total money I am out equals a little over $1800. I have gotten the run around from this guy and would like help on this matter. So my question is what do I need to do to get my money back or can I? Also if i was to fight this would it be worth my time?

Re: Ebay Problem
I've always heard that an online escrow is a good idea for larger purchases. If the other person is in CA, then you can go to small claims court. If in another state, you might sue here, send the judgment to an attorney in the other state to domesticate and collect. That could cost a bit of money, however.
I take it that your efforts to alert eBay and blacklist the seller hasn't worked. Good luck!
