can my wages be garnishisd for a repossed car

For you to be liable on a repossessed car, actually the difference between the loan amount and the price they sold your car for at auction, they have to do the paperwork exactly correctly and you should have it looked at by an attorney to see if anything can be done for your situation. To garnish your wages they would first have to file and win a lawsuit in court.
