LA Fitness
my son fell at the kids club at our local
gym while under their supervision and
cut open his forehead resulting in 5

medical bills even though we signed a
no liability agreement with the club?

Re: LA Fitness
It depends. How old your son was and what do mean by their "supervision"? How much are the medical bills? Call us at 213.388.7070 with more details about your case.
Re: LA Fitness
Just because you signed a release does not mean they may not have been negligent in supervising your child. I would be happy to discuss the circumstances with you and explore your options. Feel free to contact me via email or phone for a free consultation.
