Law regarding Return of Stolen Property to Original Owner
A man buys a car from another man. The buyer of the car does is not aware that it is stolen. If the car is located by authorities, what laws govern returning of the car to the original owner?

If the original owner signed any papers that gave title to another, then you may have good title. If not, then you are out of luck.
