Can I Get My Money Back

I brought a car with cash downpayment and a trade. I kept the car for a week. The car company told me to come down so they can lower my carpament Instead I had to give the car back due to their financial mistake. They gave me my trade back but they didn't give me my downpayment. back. Can I get my downpayment back?
